Daniel Bochar, Ph.D.
Vice President of Research & Development, CSO
Daniel holds a Ph.D. in Biochemistry. He has more than 30 years experience in assay development and screening. Dr. Bochar was an Assistant Professor of Biological Chemistry at the University of Michigan, and more recently Director of Biochemistry and New Product Development at Cayman Chemical. His expertise is in enzymology, epigenetics, and the development and implementation of drug screening assays.
Paul Domanski
Vice President of Manufacturing, COO
Paul has more than 30 years working in the area of antibody production, protein purification, molecular biology and assay development. He has worked in academic, biotech, and reagent supply settings. Paul most recently served as the manager of the Antibody Core at Cayman Chemical.
Michael Pisano, Ph.D.
CEO
Michael holds a Ph.D. in Biochemistry. He has more than 30 years in the life science industry (in omics and service organizations). Dr. Pisano has held senior management positions (CEO, CSO, President, EVP, VP, Head) in CRO, Large Pharmaceutical, Medical Device and Instrumentation and Biochemical Consumables companies. He has successfully led, driven strategic growth, achieved objectives and created value in his past commercial experiences.
Facilities
Our state-of-the-art research laboratories, totaling 3800 sq. ft. and located in Ann Arbor Michigan, are fully equipped with modern instrumentation and equipment required for biochemistry and molecular biology. AnchorBio operates a complete small rodent vivarium. All laboratory and vivarium areas are in compliance with OSHA safety guidelines.
